▫️ Factory acceptance test under simulated extreme heat to guarantee system robustness Each cabinet integrates a 60kW liquid cooling unit, 314Ah cells and 1P416S cluster configuration, delivering 5MWh-class large capacity.
Continuous full-load charge-discharge cycling under simulated high temperature to validate sustained liquid cooling performance;
Cell temperature difference strictly controlled within 5℃. Balanced thermal control slows cell degradation and extends system lifetime;
Multiple full-fluoroketone fire protection linkage tests, ensuring closed-loop logic from fire detection, alarm to agent release. The whole system is fully pre-commissioned in the factory. Once delivered to site, it can be energised and grid-connected directly, greatly shortening on-site construction time and lowering overseas commissioning risks.

✅ 35kV direct grid access paired with EMS energy management system for millisecond-level power regulation. It delivers fast frequency support and peak shaving for local PV plants, smoothing volatile solar output and improving grid stability & plant revenue.
▫️ Full-stack in-house system integration, warranty and digital O&M support BMS strategy, liquid cooling coordination, fire control logic and EMS dispatch are all independently developed and system-matched by Inedge Power. Prior to mass production, the system passed a full suite of reliability tests including high-temperature & high-humidity endurance, salt spray accelerated ageing and seismic vibration tests to mitigate potential risks for overseas projects. 5-year warranty for cells and 2-year warranty for the whole system. Our remote O&M platform enables 24/7 real-time monitoring and early warning, identifying anomalies in advance to cut overseas maintenance costs and reduce downtime losses.
